At Kliqva, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days
Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Kliqva is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions will appear automatically at checkout when applicable.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow 3–5 business days for tracking to activate.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Kliqva cannot control or predict these charges.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact kliqvastore@gmail.com. We will open a carrier investigation and offer a free replacement or full refund.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Kliqva is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly provided address.

זמני המשלוח הם הערכות בלבד ועשויים להשתנות בשל עיכובי מכס או שינויים בשירות הדואר.
3. עלויות משלוח
עלויות המשלוח מחושבות בקופה לפי מיקומך. משלוח חינמי יופיע אוטומטית בקופה כשרלוונטי.
4. מעקב הזמנה
לאחר שליחת ההזמנה תקבל מספר מעקב במייל. המתן 3–5 ימי עסקים להפעלת המעקב.
5. מכס ומיסי יבוא
הזמנות בינלאומיות עשויות להיות כפופות למכס ומיסי יבוא. חיובים אלו הם באחריות הקונה בלבד.
6. חבילה אבודה
אם חבילתך לא הגיעה תוך 30 ימי עסקים ממועד המשלוח המשוער — פנה אלינו. נפתח חקירה ונציע החלפה או החזר מלא.
7. כתובת שגויה
וודא שכתובת המשלוח נכונה לפני השלמת ההזמנה. Kliqva אינה אחראית להזמנות שנשלחו לכתובת שגויה שסופקה על ידי הלקוח.
