Your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will make it right — simply and without hassle.

 

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at kliqvastore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within 1 business day and guide you through every step.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email the moment it is processed.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Received something damaged or incorrect? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
