By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including taxes and shipping. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers in Israel have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery.

All content on kliqva.com — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Kliqva or its content suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kliqva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

5. זכויות לקוחות בישראל — ביטול עסקה
